Hello! I am Nay. Native of Chicago, resides in the DMV, wife, mother of one. We enjoy lazy Sundays, long walks leading nowhere in particular and laughing till it hurts (or until the baby falls asleep)! Sex education has been a part of my life since I was younger. I would sneak to watch Dr. Ruth Westheimer when she hosted late night shows. Fast forwarding, I was reintroduced (in a more acceptable manner) and started coaching in 2010 on the flight attendant jump seat.  

In addition to my science background, I received much training and immersed myself in all the books I could read to educate myself more on the topic. I am a nationally certified sexuality coach, sexual assault crisis counselor and domestic violence advocate. I specialize in an array of topics like educating students with general sex education and the rape culture, coaching singles and couples (together and indiviudally) on sexual obstacles, sexual growth and answer many curiosity questions.  

Why is this my passion you ask? It's simple for me. I love science and sex. I love to learn and I love to educate. I want to empower you to learn more and do more for your sexual journey. It's ok to not know or to do something that is considered "taboo" by some. But it's never to late to enhance your sexual experiences and to create a happy ending for yourself (no pun intended). We all can change; but change starts with you, then I, then us... together.
